Musuyide (also known as Keerape) is the symbol of sanctity and spiritual strength. It is an ancient Adinkra symbol that represents good fortune and is said to remove bad luck. The associated proverb is "sanctity, like the cat, abhors filth", but the motif is considered a talisman against ill-fortune.
